Real environmental requirements for new businesses and developments
Protect and expand green spaces beyond city parks
Public acquisition of undeveloped parcels for parks, green corridors to promote local climate resilience
Composting programs with tax incentives for participating households & businesses
Community Land Trusts (CLT) as a tool for keeping land out of speculation, for both housing and green space preservation
